A Primer on Legal Considerations for Disaster Healthcare symposium on 19 August 2025, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm ET (12:00 pm – 1:30 pm CT) hosted by the Region V for Kids Pediatric Disaster Center of Excellence. The webinar is an excellent orientation for emergency management and healthcare professionals on the unique legal and ethical factors that emerge when a disaster or patient surge exceeds healthcare capacities. During the webinar, a legal playbook will be introduced and released for personnel engaged in healthcare response to disaster within the Region V for Kids area of operations.
